When I grow up

Two years before, she had accused world leaders at a UN Climate Summit in Katowice in Poland of failing the younger generations. “Since our leaders are behaving like children, we will have to take the responsibility they should have taken long ago,” she said.

The people we have featured on this website, drawn straight from our book, know how important it is to act now. They found the solutions and are working for change. They also know that we all can take responsibility and work to fight climate change and make the world a better place.

To help save the world, you don’t have to be a superhero. You don’t have to pull your pants on top of a pair of tight leggings and fly through the sky! Simply by deciding to do certain jobs, we can all help look after our planet, nature and the people who live on it.
